Quality management provider G&P has made two senior appointments in Europe as part of its expansion drive to support OEMs and suppliers maintain quality standards.
Marco den Dekker has been promoted to European sales director while Johannes Sanders is the new sales manager for Slovakia.
The appointments have been made as G&P, which has particular expertise in the automotive and aerospace sectors, responds to demand from other sectors such as off-highway, rail, marine, defence and household goods.
Marco has more than 20 years’ experience in quality management and business management. He has also worked for OEMs and suppliers alike, giving him a strong understanding of their needs.
Marco, who has been with G&P for four years and whose previous roles include Eastern European operations manager and Slovakia general manager, said: “It is a very exciting time for G&P as it expands its current markets in Europe, as well as diversifying into new sectors, providing total quality management services to a range of manufacturing industries.”
Johannes has a wealth of experience in business development and sales, as well as quality management and plant management roles.
Johannes said: “Having had supplier and manufacturing experience provides me with a great insight into how best to support our clients and support them to maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.”
Among the services offered include component inspection and rectification, while G&P can also provide interim experts such as quality managers and resident engineers.
Meanwhile, other services supplied include quality audits, engineering services, final vehicle acceptance, supplier management and launch readiness.
Founded in 1994, UK-based G&P operates in more than 100 manufacturing facilities around the world. It has completed more than 120,000 quality management projects for its customers.
