Caddie Express drives growth by joining Pall-Ex Group

20 June, 22

Maidenhead based logistics company Caddie Express becomes the latest shareholder member in the Pall-Ex Group by joining the Pall-Ex and Fortec networks as it looks to expand its range of quality services.

Caddie Express has been delivering specialist services for more than 10 years, having achieved the prestigious Silver FORS accreditation during this time.

Experts in international logistics, handling large and non-standard consignments including sporting equipment and furniture, the Berkshire based company has now utilised its expertise to provide palletised freight distribution services.

Having joined Fortec in February and then Pall-Ex in April, Caddie Express joins more than 150 independent haulage companies across the UK, working together to deliver excellence.
In addition to the palletised freight services, the business also provides HIAB services across the Yeovil and Berkshire area and same day deliveries.

As a shareholder member, Caddie Express is invested in the success of both the Pall-Ex and Fortec networks.

This ensures that it and other shareholder members are committed to delivering a quality service at all times.

As with any business decision of this scale, joining the right network demanded a lot of consideration from business owners Paul and Craig Hankin.

Explaining why they opted for Pall-Ex Group’s offering over other networks, Paul comments: “Fortec and Pall-Ex presented us with the best opportunity to grow our business and build a strong customer base in the area.”

Craig continues: “Covering the RG postcode area give us lots of scope to build on. Pall-Ex Group’s tried and tested model meant we had no hesitation in investing in this exciting opportunity.

“We are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Pall-Ex Group.”

Barry Byers, Pall-Ex Group’s Managing Director – UK Business Units has had regular contact with the Caddie Express team and is looking forward to working with them.

He comments: “Paul, Craig and everyone at Caddie Express has already demonstrated that they are committed to providing quality services across a range of services.

“Becoming shareholders strengthens their position in the market and helps them to deliver a more robust range of services to their customers whilst covering an important area for both the Pall-Ex and Fortec networks.

“Everyone at Pall-Ex Group joins me in welcoming Caddie Express to the networks for what I am sure will prove to be a prosperous venture.”
