Vertical elevation specialist, Nerak Wiese, found considerable interest among IMHX visitors in its new range of spiral conveyors, which will be officially launched in a few weeks’ time.

An operating pallet lift and box lifter drew the interest of visitors on Nerak Wiese’s stand at IMHX

Explained Simon Musgrave, Sales Director,

“Although we did not exhibit the new range of spiral conveyors at IMHX, we had very interesting discussions about them with a number of visitors. Full details of the new range will be revealed shortly.”

On its stand in hall 12 of the four-day show, Nerak Wiese had live demonstrations of both a pallet lift and a continuous platform elevator – or ‘box lifter’ – for the high-throughput elevation of cartons, totes, boxes, packets and even unusual loads. In common with all of the company’s conveyor drive systems, both solutions feature the renowned Nerak rubber block chain. With vulcanized steel cables embedded in the link-free design, this technology ensures high strength and quiet operation, while avoiding both corrosion and the need for lubrication.

As well as its handling solutions for unit loads, Nerak Wiese also supplies continuous and pendulum bucket elevators for the smooth conveying of bulk solids. The Brecon-based firm serves a diverse range of industries, with clients including John Lewis, Bisley Office Furniture and Swisslog.
