Reliable delivery on time, every time, has seen Bibby Distribution extend its long-running contract with office and retail fit-out specialist Havelock.
The contract, which Bibby Distribution has held since 2003, has been extended for a further 12 months.
Under the contract extension, Bibby Distribution will continue to deliver interiors materials from Havelock’s distribution centre in Dysart, Fife, to stores, schools and financial offices across the UK, as well as conducting shunting operations between the factory in Kirkcaldy and the Dysart centre.
Bibby Distribution has secured the extension on the basis of its outstanding reliability – critical for commercial refitters, who often have to complete projects in just one night. Distribution is carried out with an on-time delivery success rate of 99 per cent, enabling Havelock to deliver on its customer promises.
The fleet team is also appreciated for its flexibility and commitment to efficiency, which keeps costs low while providing a personalised service.

Bibby Distribution’s fleet comprises double-deck trailers designed to increase carrying capacity and reduce the carbon footprint associated with transport, and smaller urban trailers, perfect for safely delivering materials to sites in busy city centres.
Each truck is augmented with a tail lift and pallet truck for easy unloading, a task carried out by Bibby Distribution drivers, providing a complete end-to-end service for Havelock.
Havelock supplies interiors via Bibby Distribution to a range of customers, ranging from banks and retailers such as Lloyds and Marks & Spencer, to schools and offices across Britain.
