Marc Papenhoff, who previously established Drive4Schenker in the same named logistics giant, is now switching to the digital forwarding company InstaFreight.
With more than 27 years of experience in transportation and contract logistics, Papenhoff has gained experience in medium-sized companies as well as in global leading companies. He understands the needs of both customers and carriers and how digitization is changing the market. As Director of Business Development at the digital forwarding company, he will be responsible for projects related to a targeted expansion of the business model.

After his apprenticeship in forwarding, Marc Papenhoff studied business administration at Münster University of Applied Sciences and graduated with a diploma. He then worked for several years at various 3 and 4 PLs, such as Fiege and Penske Logistics. In this position he had significant management and operational responsibility and built up expertise in operations, implementation, project management, key account management and business development.
Marc Papenhoff started working for Schenker AG in 2011. Initially, he was responsible for global business development in the contract logistics division of the automotive division. In 2015, Papenhoff moved to the land transportation division and helped to build up the digital marketplace for part and full loads right from the start.
