The Freight Transport Association congratulated One Stop Distribution who received the Operational Compliance Excellence Motor Transport Award 2016 – sponsored by the FTA.
FTA’s Chief Executive David Wells presented One Stop with the prestigious award at a ceremony held last night at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London – an event described as the Oscars of the freight and logistics industry.
Mr Wells said: “Congratulations to One Stop Distribution on winning the Operational Compliance Award which clearly recognises all they do to ensure exceptional compliance through an effectively managed transport operation.
“FTA is proud to be a sponsor of the Motor Transport Awards again this year, which demonstrate the very highest standards in the freight and logistics industry.”
All the finalists and winners were chosen by experts drawn from the logistics sector with each category being judged by separate panels who were selected for their individual areas of expertise – leading industry figures with years of experience in road transport.
The winners of the 2016 Motor Transport Awards have been running for more than 25 years, were hosted by TV presenter – Jonathan Ross at the awards ceremony which took place yesterday.
