Anthesis, the largest group of dedicated sustainability professionals globally and one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies, has appointed Richa Jha to its newly created role of Chief Transformation Officer and member of its Global Leadership Team.
Following the significant minority investment by Palatine Private Equity in Q1 2021, Richa is part of a cohort of strategic hires to support Anthesis’ ambitious growth objectives focused on amplifying its impact in tackling the world’s climate emergency.
Reporting to Anthesis’ CEO Stuart McLachlan, Richa will be responsible for collaborating with the Global Leadership Team on critical drivers such as global connectivity and organisational design, digitalisation of services and unlocking human potential for change through education and impact led transformation programmes. In addition, with a continued focus on its successful buy-and-build strategy for growth (with 13 businesses joining Anthesis in eight years) Richa will be responsible for acquisition integration programmes.
Richa comes to Anthesis with a 15-year track record of shaping and driving transformations within Fortune 500 companies. She has focused on delivering high impact, digital technology led strategies and solutions to challenge mindsets and galvanise organisational change. Most recently, Richa held the position of Principle Director, Strategy & Consulting at Accenture where she executed an innovation-led transformation for a multi-billion-dollar global business, impacting 10,000+ people and delivering double digit revenue growth. She has worked with clients across Energy, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Public and not-for-profit sectors and delivered social impact initiatives for Accenture.

Richa also serves on the Alumni Council for her alma marter, Kenyon College and the Advisory Board for Singlify – bringing the best of Salesforce technology to social investors and microfinance organisations. Having lived, studied, and worked across three continents, Richa is currently settled in London.
