He moved onto the role of Commercial Manager just a year later and was appointed to the board of directors a little over eighteen months ago taking on the role of Group Commercial Director.

“It’s been an incredible four years and I’ve loved being part of the team that has driven such change and ambitious growth in our 3PL division, but also been supporting with establishing our newest division, IRR Waste 2 Energy,” said Graham. “We have just tipped the 1 million sq ft mark of warehouse space available across six sites, a little different to the 250,000 sq ft at our Worksop site when I joined the business and with further growth plans for the rest of 2021 and beyond the future continues to look exciting and prosperous for us.”

Graham, who has a career background in logistics and supply chain, will continue to commercially develop the businesses ongoing growth plans across all its divisions including other diversification projects which the team is currently working on.

Diane Ward, COO, Carlton Forest Group commented; “Graham is quite right when he says it’s been an incredible four years and he has undoubtedly played a huge part in delivering the growth, diversification and the necessary infrastructure that has been required to facilitate this such as warehouse acquisitions and a significant recruitment drive. He is a key member of our board and I very much look forward to continuing the journey with the entire team.”
