London, UK – 17 March 2015 – Aztek Logstics, a leading 3PL supplier, required a warehouse management solution (WMS) to maximise stock control, improve customer service, and deliver the high standard of service the organisation requires to consistently win new business. Aztek Logistics implemented Access Delta to ensure that complete management and reporting of stock was achievable. The integration capabilities also streamline the entire handling process with the introduction of barcode scanning which integrate into the Access WMS.
Stuart elaborates, “Access’ ease of use, warehouse map and client portal will contribute to better business processes and customer service. We’re looking to reduce phone enquiries through use of the client portal, whilst being fully informed of the status of their stock. Furthermore Access will act as a sales tool for recruiting new business, particularly food related clients where recall systems must be watertight.”
