Family-run Pershore logistics specialist Marshall’s Transport is celebrating after picking up a national award for its commitment to outstanding customer service.
Marshall’s Transport was presented with a Platinum Award at the annual Pallet-Track Shareholder Gala, held at The Belfry Hotel in Sutton Coldfield earlier this month.
Marshall’s is a shareholder member of the UK-wide Pallet-Track network, which sees more than 90 independent logistics companies work together to collect and deliver palletised freight throughout the UK.
Marshall’s has been part of Pallet-Track since 2012 and has now achieved the Platinum Award milestone for 10 consecutive years. The award is presented to firms who achieve a 99% or above delivery service level for the network for a full calendar year.
