With 77 locations and counting, each e-Workshop in EMEA adheres to strict standards, having completed dedicated training and certification programme. The trained technicians are equipped with advanced High Voltage (HV) tooling and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety and compliance in handling electric refrigerated transport technologies.

With no single international body overseeing HV standards, Thermo King developed its own guidelines to ensure consistency across all third-party certification bodies engaged by its dealers. This ensures regulatory compliance, accident prevention, and readiness for emerging electric technologies, offering safer operations, skilled workforces, and business sustainability.
Thermo King’s high voltage-workshops meet standardised requirements, including advanced tools like insulated hand tools and voltage testers, alongside essential PPE such as safety gloves, wearables, and barriers. All workshops also comply with local legislation, ensuring consistent standards in high-voltage servicing.
