Southgate Global has joined leading trade organisation, the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA), to consolidate its stance as a leading supplier and advocate for sector needs.

The partnership with UKWA – a trade organisation dedicated solely to warehousing – allows Southgate Global to contribute to UKWA’s essential work as a voice for the industry with the knowledge and experience of its senior team.

As the UK’s leading provider of operational logistics and fulfilment equipment consumables, servicing thousands of warehouses within the UK and beyond, Southgate shares UKWA’s mission of enabling the industry to improve standards while operating safely and sustainably.

It comes as Southgate Global embarks on a new period of growth and development. Having recently repositioned to communicate its unique status as the only supplier providing an integrated offer to customers.

Serving over 3,000 customers in more than 20 countries around the world, Southgate prides itself on offering an end-to-end solution to meet all their customer’s equipment, consumables and service needs.

In the past six months, the business has worked closely with customers and prospects to explain how its full range of solutions can increase productivity and efficiency across their organisation while helping them meet their sustainability goals.

Membership of the organisation will help Southgate Global demonstrate its role in the industry as a forward-thinking and innovative organisation.

Dan Brasier, CEO at Southgate Global, said: “We are very excited to be joining an established list of members of the UKWA, working together to be a representative voice for the industry and supporting members’ aims for a more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable future for warehousing.

“This is an exciting time for Southgate as we have entered our next phase of growth, continuously looking to push the business forward. Our new membership of UKWA is an important step in its own right on our path to achieving our future goals.”
