Northgate has appointed Patric Riley to the role of UK Operations Director, furthering its customer-centric approach to driving growth in LCV hire and fleet mobility solutions.
Operating on a national level, Patric will now oversee the national operations of Northgate’s 68 branches and 51 workshops. An internal promotion for Northgate, Patric has been in the role of a Head of Territory since 2020, which he took on following more than 10 years as the UK Rental Operations Manager for Auxillis, part of the Redde Northgate Group.
This wealth of experience within the UK’s commercial rental industry has given Patric a depth of expertise on the customer requirements in this sector, and it will see him perfectly placed to help deliver growth in Vehicles on Hire, revenue and further Northgate’s focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
