Acting on behalf of P3 Logistic Parks, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the lease of nearly 100,000 square metres of logistics space in the Netherlands to an international retailer.
The recently completed warehouse P3 Echt in Limburg is a speculative BREEAM-NL ‘Outstanding’ certified logistics development at a multimodal location directly along the A2 motorway. The delivery of the P3 Logistics Parks warehouse in the last quarter of this year coincided perfectly with the search request from the fast-growing international retailer.

We are very happy with the agreement with this rapidly expanding retailer that we can facilitate fantastically here. P3 Echt has been developed in a sustainable and flexible way and is in a prime location on the European mainland, in a place where the labour market is also good, with about 80,000 cross-border workers in the region.”

P3 Echt is located prominently along highway A2 (Belgium – Eindhoven) only 10 kilometres from Barge Terminal Born, 60 kilometers from Eindhoven Airport with excellent, fast connections to Düsseldorf (51 min), Cologne (75 min) and the rest of Europe. The warehouse is located in Business Park Midden-Limburg, which has a total area of approximately 40 hectares close to the border of Belgium and Germany.
Cushman & Wakefield, in collaboration with Bridgegap and Nauta Dutilh, advised P3 Logistic Parks on the conclusion of the lease.
