Commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company, Prohire Limited has passed its BVRLA Quality Assurance Inspection with a near perfect score.
The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association governance programme audits members annually against the BVRLA Code of Conduct, which includes reference to all the minimum standards required for all BVRLA members by all relevant regulations such as GDPR, FCA and CMA requirements. The audit is carried out by The Automobile Association (AA) and the Consumer Credit Advisory Service (CCAS), which takes the lead on FCA rules and guidance for the motor finance industry.
The rigorous inspection covers member premises, quality, attitude and knowledge of staff, administrative procedures for rental, returns and complaints and physical processes for rental checks and maintenance across fleet managed and ready to rent vehicles. Prohire scored 95% plus in the audit which was an exemplary achievement by BVRLA Member Standards.
