Robert Keen, BIFA’s Director General, commented: “We were pleased by the response once again this year. The awards encourage entries from small, medium and large companies, with the
goal of identifying the highest standards of quality across the British freight forwarding and logistics sector. Every year Members tell us that they benefit from the process of application. Often in compiling the entry, managers and staff learn better ways of doing things. I would like to thank all the entrants and wish the finalists every success.”
